Vine Reach Solutions LLC is a California limited liability company based in Suisun City, Solano County, California, USA. We operate this website and are the controller of the personal information described below. You can reach us at info@vinereachsolutions.com.

We try to collect as little as possible. From this website we collect:

• Contact form / demo requests: name, email, phone, business name, the topic you select, and your message.
• Chat widget conversations: if you use the on-site chat widget (powered by GoHighLevel), the name, contact details, and messages you enter are transmitted to GoHighLevel and stored in our CRM workspace so we can reply.
• Technical metadata: your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address (we do not store the raw IP), used to prevent abuse of the contact form.
• Account data (admin only): if you sign in to the admin dashboard, your email address and an authentication identifier.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or analytics that profile individual visitors on this site.

We use the information you submit to reply to your inquiry, schedule a demo, and provide the services you ask about. Technical metadata is used only to protect the form from abuse. Admin account data is used only to control access to the lead dashboard.

We process your information based on your consent (when you submit a form), our legitimate interest in operating and securing this website, and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with vendors that help us operate the site and reply to inquiries:

• Managed cloud backend & database provider: hosts the website and stores form submissions.
• Cal.com: powers the embedded scheduling calendar on /book-demo. When you interact with it, Cal.com receives the information you enter to book the meeting (name, email, notes, selected time) under its own privacy terms.
• GoHighLevel: powers the on-site chat widget and our internal CRM. Messages and contact details you submit through the chat widget are transmitted to and stored in GoHighLevel under its own privacy terms.
• Google: used only if you choose "Sign in with Google" on the admin page.
• Transactional email provider: delivers the internal notification we receive when you submit a form.

We do not transfer your information to any other third party for advertising or profiling.

Contact form and consultation-request submissions are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from our active systems. Chat widget conversations are retained in our CRM for the same period. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing info@vinereachsolutions.com. Admin account data is kept for the lifetime of the account. Backup copies may persist for a short additional period until they are rotated out.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by emailing info@vinereachsolutions.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law; we will honor requests we are required to honor.

Form submissions travel over HTTPS, are validated on both client and server, and are stored behind row-level access controls so that only authorized administrators can read them. See our Trust & Security page for more detail on the controls in place.

This site uses only the cookies and browser storage strictly necessary to run it, plus those set by embedded third-party tools when you interact with them:

• A Supabase authentication token in localStorage, set only after an administrator signs in.
• Cookies set by the embedded Cal.com calendar on /book-demo while you are interacting with it, under Cal.com's own privacy terms.
• Cookies and local storage set by the GoHighLevel chat widget when you open or send a message through it, under GoHighLevel's own privacy terms.

We do not set advertising, profiling, cross-site tracking, session-replay, or first-party analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on this site. If that ever changes, we will update this section and, where required, add a consent control before those tools load. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals in jurisdictions where they are legally binding.

This site is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to request deletion or correction of that information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of it. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise a right, email info@vinereachsolutions.com from the address on file or otherwise provide enough information for us to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and any dispute relating to it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Solano County, California (Suisun City).

We may update this policy as the site changes. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change. Material changes will be communicated to active customers directly.
